Espuña’s history dates back to 1947, when Esteve Espuña began to produce fuet and sausage in a farmhouse in the Vall de Bianyain the Garrotxa region of Spain. In 1999 they moved to expand their operations internationally, earning accolades for their premium quality pork products made from beautiful and carefully selected Spanish hams.
At the hands of their masterful craftsman, we can have a taste of true Spanish styles and ingredients without having to travel all the way to Spain to get it. Their products are regionally inspired, introducing their audience to the unique flavour profiles of specific areas of Spanish cuisine like Barcelona, Bilbao, and Olot.
