Seed to Sausage
It started off as a hobby fueled by a desire for DIY meats. They made it a goal to learn more about the trade by visiting small-scale salami makers around the world. Fast-forward three years, it went from a guy who made fresh salami for friends to a small business owner selling his own premium cured meats. Mike Mckenzie honed his skills, studying and working alongside chefs and sausage makers in Europe, before opening their doors. Today, they have a wide range of products available from which to choose!
