Dougal Carmichael began his concession business in 1976 selling confectionery products and expanded the business in 1987 to include speciality meats. Along with their traditional smoked beef and pork products, they also offer Venison, Kangaroo, Bison and other speciality meats. Carmichael Meats continues to be a family-operated business, and they remain committed to providing excellent products to their customers.
