½ a large pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 24 pieces
7oz halloumi cheese
5.3oz prosciutto (12 slices cut in half)

   1. Preheat oven to 350F and line large baking sheet with parchment paper
   2. Cut halloumi cheese into 24 wedges
   3. Top each pineapple chunk with one piece of halloumi cheese and wrap with half a slice of prosciutto, place seam side up
   4. Bake for 30 min or until prosciutto is deep brown and crispy
