A cool and unique appetizer that is not only fun to eat, but also gluten free!

Ingredients:
6 slices prosciutto
3.5 oz goat cheese at room temperature
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon of minced chives
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Cut prosciutto slices in half crosswise, press half a slice of prosciutto into each cup of a mini muffin pan
3. Bake for 8-10 min
4. Combine goat cheese, milk, and chives in a small bowl, mix until creamy
5. Once prosciutto cups have cooled, pipe or spoon goat cheese mousse into cups (fill each with about a tablespoon on mousse)
6. Top with any remaining minced chives.
