Salami Napoli Chub (Niagara Food Specialties)
This is a Southern Italy inspired salami that is air-dried and aged for 4 months. This salami is made using a mixture of fresh pork, garlic powder, black pepper, wine, and other spices. It has a firm and dense consistency, a burgundy colour, and is speckled with pepper grains.
